Our group vacation was a blast! We visited the dolphinarium to catch the amazing dolphin and seal show and even swam with dolphins. The hotel's service was fantastic, especially the housekeeping and friendly bellboys. The shuttle service was a bonus too, making trips to local attractions so easy.

One downside was the check-in process. We were given a room that wasn't ready, making us wait in the corridor. That was a letdown, but overall the stay was enjoyable.

The terrace closing at 7:00 PM is quite early!!! Cleaning standards need scrutiny. Gym equipment could use an upgrade. some machines aren’t functioning properly!!!

We had plenty of options at breakfast, including fresh fruits and juices, which I really appreciated. The staff were professional and attentive, addressing my needs promptly. I did notice some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, which could use attention. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow, especially when receiving a room that wasn't ready at first.
